‘Welcome to a sanctuary of natural health where your wellbeing journey transcends expectations’

Aleigh Dindar practising Tree Pose, or Vrksasana

Aleigh Dindar Lic.Ac, Bsc (Hons)

Imagine walking into a space with the power to transform you, to shift your very essence to a state of profound peace and wellbeing. That's the experience I encountered over two decades ago when I stepped into my first yoga class.

Contrary to my ideas about restlessness and the inability to meditate, I emerged a different person. The effect? A feeling of rejuvenation so pure, it was akin to taking the most refreshing shower imaginable. It wasn't just another exercise regimen; it was a revelation.

At the heart of this transformation was an incredible teacher who saw a spark in me and nurtured it, setting me on a path toward enlightenment and teaching. Under the tutelage of the esteemed Swami Ambikananda of The Traditional Yoga Association, I deepened my practice, honing not just my physical form but also my spirit.

My personal struggle with chronic asthma led me to discover pranayama – the art of breath control, which proved life-altering. By heightening my breath awareness, I learned to better manage my asthma, blending this newfound knowledge with yoga asanas and daily life activities.

Since achieving my qualification in 2008, I have dedicated myself to guiding others on their wellbeing journeys throughout Reading, Caversham, and Henley on Thames. My workshops and retreats are more than sessions; they’re journeys inwards, toward healing and understanding.

My philosophy is simple: I want my students and patients to reap the transformative benefits of yoga. With each posture, each breath, and every moment of meditation or yoga Nidra, I aspire to help you build strength, cultivate flexibility, and delve into the essence of your true self. It is through this deep practice that an awakening of self-awareness and a harmonious connection with the universe occur.

But do not be mistaken, this journey is not only profound but also joyous. Fun, laughter, and music are woven into my lessons, ensuring that every experience is imbued with light-heartedness and joy. As you walk into my class or my clinic, expect to be met with a smile and a space where you feel secure, cherished, and complete.

By integrating breathwork and stretches alongside acupuncture in my clinic, I offer a rounded, holistic approach—sharing treasured knowledge that extends far beyond traditional treatments.

Join me, and let's venture toward a realm where your spirit is nurtured, your body is celebrated, and your mind is appeased. Here, cultivate resilience, and discover a tranquility so profound, every day is a fresh awakening to all of life’s possibilities. Welcome to where your natural healing transformation begins.
