Rejuvenate your mind and body

The essence of my teachings, traditional Hatha yoga and Yin yoga welcomes everyone, irrespective of age or ability. Backed by an intricate understanding of anatomy and physiology, I ensure a practice where safety and personal thresholds are sacred, where feeling eclipses achievement.

My philosophy is simple: I want my students and patients to reap the transformative benefits of yoga. With each posture, each breath, and every moment of meditation or yoga Nidra, I aspire to help you build strength, cultivate flexibility, and delve into the essence of your true self. It is through this deep practice that an awakening of self-awareness and a harmonious connection with the universe occur.

What to expect from my Yin Yoga class

Yin Yoga focuses on our body's connective tissues, impacting our posture and lessening joint pain. It works on releasing deep-seated patterns and habits, leading to healthier postural tendencies and reducing discomfort. Yin Yoga is an essential complement to traditional practices, as it helps restore alignment and encourages more mindful movement, free from past restrictions due to accidents, surgery, and daily activities.

Our yoga sessions are inspired by the rhythms of the seasons and the five elements, inviting harmony through each pose. Breathwork calms the mind, setting the stage for a rejuvenating yoga nidra finale. Join us to reconnect with nature, the elements, and yourself in an ambiance of pure bliss.

“Aleigh's Yin yoga sessions are a dream. Always varied, and tailored to her yogin's needs on the day. She reads the energy in the room and focuses on what's required.

Her knowledge is exemplary, which is far and wide, way beyond yoga.

Her workshops are like being wrapped in the hugest softest blanket, the aura Aleigh brings to her classes and workshops is magical, and needs to be experienced to be believed.

A truly spiritual and amazing young lady, who will transport you from whatever is going on outside, to a heavenly place”.
